Councils are desperate! I try to drop hints to our Councils that our persistent probing of Torus due to their refusal to engage, secrecy and defiant attitude towards regulations could expose partnership taboo! We still pull our punches! HAs are a risk!
This is a recurring question, Torus are not only displaying a lack of common courtesy towards Public, Communities and Tenants but also a defiance of the Accountability!
The attached is one case we shall be emphasising! And why not? Because we are independent of Torus, makes us a threat? I bloody hope so!

We have been unable to source any Public information regarding a reduction of available properties?
Court action is a viable option for HAs! The low numbers of Tenants who take action or pass the ombuds and win 1 or £2k is probably cost effective for a lengthy delay procedure.
Escalating court costs for HAs would be a deterrent.
